Flour Shop needs a cake decorator with experience! We are looking for an enthusiastic, eager and talented decorator in New York. You must be able to decorate fast and create custom designs all without the use of fondant. This position also has a lot of potential to grow as the bakery grows. If you are hungry to learn, develop new skills and have fun, this could be your dream job!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

Knowledge/Understanding: You know baking processes from start-to-finish. You must be able to read and follow instructions written in English, must have excellent piping and carving skills, and bring creativity to new recipes and designs.

Consistency / Speed: Efficiency is key. We expect speed and precision on every cake.

Food Safety / Production: You must have a NY Food Handler Card and understand food safety standards both at your station and around you.

Covid-19: Must be vaccinated.
