Flour Shop is looking for an enthusiastic, eager and positive porter/dishwasher to join our team. This person should be fast, clean, and likes to work in a fun fast-paced environment. We need you to support our team by keeping our kitchen in tip-top shape. This position also has a lot of potential to grow as the bakery grows. RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

-Be professional, reliable, organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills.

-You must support our efforts by washing dishes and cleaning a variety of spaces and equipment to maintain a clean, comfortable, functional, and friendly environment.

-Keep your station and equipment in tip-top shape with integrity and report any repairs that need to be made to equipment or building facilities.

-Have a positive, high energy, friendly, enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude but work independently.

-You are able to work quickly while still maintaining attention to detail. Efficiency is key.

-Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume production kitchen.

-You have the ability to lift and carry between 35 to 50 lbs. and to stand on feet for 8 hours at a time.

Schedule: Full Time, Open-availability - Weekdays, weekends, occasional nights, and holidays
