Flour Shop is looking for an organized, hardworking and enthusiastic Floor Supervisor!

- Manager needs to be able to manage a staff by implementing and enforcing all company rules. 

-Manager needs to work with staff to reach sales goals and improve sales performance.  

-The staff needs to provide great customer service and build relationships with customers to create return clientele and growth of sales. 

-Manager needs to master product knowledge and be able to pass on information to employees. 

-Manager must be able to lead a team and maintain a happy fun environment for staff and customers. 

- Manager must be a team player and work with the staff to complete daily tasks.

- Manager must be able to take direction from superiors and implement it into their daily work routine. 

-Manager needs to be able to resolve any issues that may come up within the team or with customers. 

- Manager must have strong writing skills and must feel comfortable in composing emails to the Flour Shop team and clients. 

Previous retail management or supervisor experience is required.
